Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and tender documentation for residential and commercial construction projects. The Estimation Engineer will coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams to ensure cost-effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and project cost estimates.
Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
Prepare rate analysis for civil, finishing, MEP, and other construction works.
Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and negotiation.
Monitor material and labor costs against approved budgets.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Identify cost-saving prospects without compromising quality.
Prepare cost comparison statements and budget revisions.
Maintain estimation records and project cost documentation.
Support project teams during execution with quantity and costing clarifications.

Pay: Up to ₹48,366.25 per month
