Key Responsibilities
Investor Relationship Management
Connect and engage with High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) investors to maintain solid, trust-based relationships.
Address investor queries effectively and provide them with accurate information regarding the projects.
Project Leadership & Assessment
Lead assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and quality execution.
Assess project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective measures as required.
Training & Team Development
Provide guidance and training to subordinates, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Support junior team members in developing their skills and understanding of investor communication best practices.
Reporting & Analysis
Analyze project and investor-related reports to derive actionable insights.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting key findings, progress updates, and recommendations.
Key Requirements
Solid command over spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate professionally and persuasively.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; candidates with a background in relationship management will be given priority.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to project execution.
