Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Billing Officer to manage billing and documentation operations, maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate with vendors and purchase teams, and ensure smooth stock movement and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day billing operations using Tally and Excel.
Prepare and maintain accurate billing and inventory records.
Monitor and track inward and outward material movements.
Maintain proper documentation for all stock transactions.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
Coordinate with warehouse and store operations.
Coordinate with vendors and the Purchase Department for billing and material-related activities.
Manage multiple vendors and maintain proper vendor-related records.
Prepare regular reports and ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
Assist in stock reconciliation and identify discrepancies, if any.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of billing, purchase and inventory documents.
Support smooth coordination between Billing, Accounts, Purchase, Stores and Warehouse teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 07+ years of relevant experience in billing, inventory, stores or related operations.
Robust knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is mandatory.
Good understanding of Billing & Accounting processes.
Knowledge of Inventory & Stock Management.
Understanding of Warehouse & Store Operations.
Experience in Vendor & Purchase Coordination.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good reporting and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and tasks efficiently.
Candidates with experience in the Agriculture / Seeds Industry will be preferred.
