We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Business Associate – Inside Sales to join our team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, understanding their travel requirements, recommending suitable holiday/cruise packages, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media and other lead sources.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
Explain package details, pricing, inclusions and booking procedures clearly.
Prepare and share quotations with customers.
Follow up with recent and existing leads consistently.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.
Build valuable relationships with customers and encourage repeat and referral business.
Who Can Apply
Candidates with good communication and customer-handling skills.
Interest in sales, travel and tourism.
Confident in communicating with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Target-oriented and willing to learn.
Freshers with robust communication and sales interest can also apply.
Previous experience in travel sales, telesales, inside sales or customer service will be an advantage.
