We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual communication and design initiatives for social impact campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling digital creatives, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual content.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging social media creatives, banners, posters, and digital assets.
Create visuals for fundraising and awareness campaigns.
Develop YouTube thumbnails and other promotional materials.
Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
Review, revise, and improve creatives based on feedback.
Collaborate closely with content and social media teams to align designs with campaign objectives.
Deliver projects within deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
Organize and maintain design files and creative assets efficiently.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Bring creative ideas and creative concepts to campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Robust expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Experience in social media and campaign design.
Excellent layout, typography, and branding skills.
Solid creative thinking and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Canva and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate
Portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory.
Experience working on NGO, social impact, or campaign-based projects is preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
