IT Sales Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our sales team. The role involves finding potential customers, understanding their business needs, explaining our IT products/services, and converting leads into customers.

This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, client communication, lead generation, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Explain IT products/services clearly and provide suitable solutions.
Conduct product/service presentations or demos when required.
Follow up regularly with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and recent clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales,



Inside Sales, or Business Development.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls and meetings.
Robust convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of IT products/services or SaaS is an advantage.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Self-motivated, confident, and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
