Job Responsibilities
Prepare 2D architectural drawings, plans, elevations and sections.
Develop 3D models and architectural visualizations as per project requirements.
Create detailed working drawings and construction drawings.
Modify and update drawings based on client and project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers and site teams for drawing-related requirements.
Ensure accuracy and proper detailing in all drawings.
Prepare layouts, furniture plans and other architectural details when required.
Maintain and organize project drawings and documentation.
Follow company standards,
timelines and drawing specifications.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or other 3D software will be an advantage.
Valuable understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
Basic knowledge of building materials and construction processes.
Positive attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
