Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with robust Banking/FinTech domain expertise to work on lending product development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) products and should be capable of driving business requirements from analysis through product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
Work closely with Product, Development, QA, and Business teams.
Perform requirement analysis, gap analysis, impact analysis, and UAT support.
Drive end-to-end product development for lending solutions.




Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure successful product delivery.

Mandatory Skills
5–7 years of Business Analyst experience.
Experience in a Bank or FinTech organization.
Solid hands-on experience with Loan Origination System (LOS) and/or Loan Management System (LMS).
Minimum 50% of overall experience in LOS/LMS product development.
End-to-end product development experience.
Solid requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Preferred
Lending or Banking product experience.
Agile/Scrum methodology.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice.

Pay: ₹800,000.20 - ₹1,800,000.82 per year
