We are looking for responsible, physically fit and disciplined Bouncers to join our hospital team.
Position: Hospital Floor Bouncer
Location: Mindful Rejuvenation, Perumbavoor
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and security of patients, staff and visitors
Monitor the hospital floor and maintain a secure and peaceful workplace
Closely observe patient movements and prevent unauthorized exit
Handle challenging or aggressive situations calmly and professionally
Assist nursing staff during emergencies and difficult situations
Maintain discipline within the ward/floor
Immediately report unusual incidents to the concerned staff/management
Follow all hospital rules, safety protocols and patient-care procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Bouncer / Security Staff / Hospital Security preferred
Physically fit and mentally alert
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult situations patiently
Experience in a psychiatric / de-addiction hospital will be an added advantage
Willingness to work in shifts
