Join our growing multidisciplinary team at Essence Early Intervention & Development Centre, where we provide evidence-based therapy services for children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, sensory processing difficulties, and other developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
Provide therapy sessions focusing on sensory integration, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, self-care, attention, and functional independence.
Collaborate with Special Educators, Behavioral Therapists, Speech Therapists, and families.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and therapy reports.
Educate and guide parents regarding home programs and carryover strategies.
Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development activities.

Requirements




BOT / MOT degree from a recognized institution.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with children and families.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
