Experience – Graduate with 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate preferred).
Key Responsibility –
Generate and follow up on leads.
Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
Maintain client database and ensure customer satisfaction via CRM.
promote and sell residential/commercial properties and property management.
build robust client relationships with Marketing strategies, reputation among cross teams and achieve sales targets.
Achieve monthly and weekly targets.
Requirements –
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented.
Proficiency with real estate software and MS Office.
