Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will support daily accounting operations, assist with bookkeeping, and help maintain accurate financial records. This is a great opportunity for an early-career skilled looking to build a solid foundation in corporate accounting.

Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Ledger Maintenance: Process daily financial transactions and maintain general ledger accounts.
Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Assist with invoice processing, vendor payments, client billing, and payment follow-ups.
Reconciliations: Perform routine bank, credit card, and vendor statement reconciliations.
Basic Financial Support: Assist with month-end closing activities and basic financial reporting.
Documentation & Data Entry:



Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data into accounting software.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance roles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Basic Accounting Knowledge: Robust understanding of core accounting principles (debits/credits, general ledger, AP/AR, and basic financial statements).
Software Skills: Proficiency with basic accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas).
Key Traits: High attention to detail, good organizational skills, and clear communication

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
