Job Title: HR & Talent Acquisition Executive
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹55,000 per month

This isn't just about posting jobs and calling candidates all day. We want someone who understands people, knows how to spot good talent and can help create a workplace that people actually want to be part of.

What you'll be doing:
Creating and posting job openings
Finding and shortlisting candidates
Taking initial interviews
Coordinating interviews with department heads
Managing onboarding
Supporting employee engagement and office culture
Helping improve our hiring process

You should be:
Confident and good with people
Solid in communication
Organised and proactive
Comfortable using LinkedIn, Indeed and other hiring platforms
Able to judge candidates beyond just their CV

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹55,000/month.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of hiring rather than just forwarding CVs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
