The Deputy Manager - CAT Axis will be responsible for managing and executing key initiatives within the CAT (Customer Acquisition and Technology) team. This role involves driving customer engagement strategies, implementing technology-driven solutions, and analyzing data to enhance customer acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure the alignment of business goals with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to deploy creative technology solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns and initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on performance metrics.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the business competitive.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in customer acquisition, marketing, or a related field, preferably within insurance or financial services.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
