Job Responsibilities:
Collect blood and other clinical samples from patients safely and efficiently.
Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures.
Properly label, handle, store, and transport collected samples.
Follow all safety, hygiene, infection-control, and biomedical waste procedures.
Maintain accurate patient and sample records.
Communicate politely with patients and help them feel comfortable during sample collection.
Coordinate with the laboratory team for timely processing of samples.
Handle home sample collection visits when required.
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of phlebotomy equipment.
Requirements:
DMLT / BMLT / relevant phlebotomy qualification preferred.
Previous phlebotomy or laboratory experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of blood collection and sample-handling procedures.
Ability to travel for home sample collection, if required.
Responsible, punctual, and patient-friendly attitude.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
