Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up with leads, existing customers, and pending cases.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
Collect customer feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
Support sales and marketing teams in achieving business goals.
Ensure high standards of customer experience and retention.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 0–3 years in CRM, Customer Service, or Client Relationship Management.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
