We are looking for an experienced Team Leader(for TU ) to join our growing team!
Eligibility:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Solid experience in handling team performance, KPIs, and client expectations.
Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team to achieve performance targets.
Monitor daily productivity, quality, attendance, and adherence.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Prepare reports and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
Resolve team escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
