We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to enter and maintain data accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately in company systems and spreadsheets.
Maintain and organize records and documents.
Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
Handle basic computer and office-related tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Complete assigned data entry work within deadlines.
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
Valuable computer knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Positive typing speed and accuracy.
Attention to detail and ability to work with repetitive tasks.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
