Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete car loan and vehicle finance process from application to final disbursement.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for vehicle loan processing.
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan applications.
Submit loan applications and follow up with finance partners for sanction and approval.
Coordinate with Sales Executives and customers to ensure smooth loan processing.
Negotiate and maintain valuable relationships with banks/NBFC finance teams.
Follow up on pending applications, queries, additional document requirements, and loan approvals.
Ensure timely completion of loan documentation, agreement, insurance, hypothecation, and disbursement formalities.
Track the complete status of each finance case from application to disbursement.
Maintain proper records and daily reports of loan applications, approvals, rejections, pending cases, and disbursements.
Work closely with the Sales Team to improve finance conversion and vehicle sales.




Identify suitable finance options based on the customer's profile and vehicle requirements.
Handle customer queries related to loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, EMI, down payment, and documentation.
Monitor and follow up on rejected or delayed cases and identify possible alternative finance options.
Ensure all finance-related documentation is accurate and complete before submission.
Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales, Operations, and Management teams for smooth vehicle delivery after loan disbursement.
Maintain qualified relationships with finance companies and ensure quick turnaround time.
Prepare regular Finance MIS / Daily Loan Status Reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and finance partner requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
