Key Responsibilities
Manage complete store operations and daily sales.
Achieve sales, revenue, accessories, trade-in and finance targets.
Lead, motivate and manage the sales team.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints.
Monitor stock, inventory, billing and cash management.
Track daily KPIs and take corrective actions.
Ensure store discipline, grooming and compliance.
Coordinate with brands, management and HR for operational and staff-related matters.
Conduct team briefings, training and performance reviews.
Skills

Strong operational and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of mobiles, accessories and consumer electronics.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
