Designation : HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air-conditioning systems.
Service split ACs, package units, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, and related equipment.
Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, thermostats, controls, and electrical components.
Perform refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection as required.
Respond to service calls and resolve HVAC issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
Follow safety procedures, company policies, and applicable HVAC standards.
Coordinate with other maintenance and facility teams when required.
Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and safe.

Requirements:
ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning,



or a related field.
[2–5] years of experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
Hands-on experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
Good knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read basic electrical and HVAC diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work versatile schedule, shifts, or respond to emergency breakdowns when required.

Preferred Skills
Experience with VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, chillers, and BMS systems.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
