We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations and support sales growth across Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings and catalog updates.
Handle order processing, inventory, and customer inquiries.
Optimize listings using basic product SEO practices.
Monitor marketplace performance and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Follow marketplace policies and maintain account compliance.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
Hands-on experience with Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.
Knowledge of product listing, inventory management, and order processing.
Basic understanding of product SEO and marketplace guidelines.
Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with export sales or international e-commerce marketplaces is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
