Job Summary
Drive B2B sales of industrial products to manufacturers, fabricators and large-scale buyers. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and customer visits through negotiation and order closure while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect B2B clients, including manufacturers, OEMs and industrial buyers.
Conduct factory and site visits to understand buyer requirements.
Prepare and present customised product proposals and technical quotations.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
Follow up on samples, trials and approvals to accelerate closure.
Manage key account relationships and drive repeat and upsell revenue.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order scheduling and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline records in CRM.
Requirements
Any Graduate or Diploma; technical or engineering background preferred.
0–4 years of experience in B2B industrial sales.
Knowledge of technical products and specification reading.
Skills in quotation and proposal preparation.
Robust negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Key account management and customer relationship skills.
CRM and Excel reporting knowledge.
English and Tamil communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,800.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
