Eminence Technology is actively looking for a HR Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to source and engage suitable candidates across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate and coordinate offers with selected candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
Required Skills
6 months – 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
Good knowledge of IT and non-IT recruitment.
Solid sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
