Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
Solid knowledge of payroll processing and compliance within SAP HCM environments.
Experience in customizing payroll modules to meet specific organizational requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues effectively.
Familiarity with integration of SAP HCM Payroll with other enterprise systems.
Understanding of payroll data security and confidentiality best practices.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
