We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Junior Accountant to join the finance team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in accounting principles and be eager to learn and grow in a skilled environment. Fresh B.Com graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Enter purchase, sales, receipt, and payment vouchers into accounting software.
Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
Prepare invoices and process purchase bills.
Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
Maintain petty cash records and daily cash transactions.
Assist in GST-related documentation and basic statutory compliance.
Organize, maintain, and file accounting records systematically.
Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related information.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist in preparing financial reports and management records.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
B.Com degree is mandatory.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of accounting experience may apply.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and financial documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Office.
Knowledge of Tally ERP or Tally Prime is preferred.
Valuable numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Honest, disciplined, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Candidate
Fresh B.Com graduates with internship or project experience in accounting are encouraged to apply.
