We are looking for a reliable and skilled individual based in India to support a Canadian automotive sales business. This is a full time, remote work-from-home position.
The ideal candidate should be able to communicate professionally in both English and Punjabi and be comfortable speaking with customers through online messages.
Responsibilities
Reply to inbound customer inquiries in English and Punjabi
Understand customer requirements and qualify potential buyers
Follow up with interested customers consistently
Help schedule appointments for the sales team
Upload vehicle photos and information to online platforms
Keep customer conversations and follow-ups organized
Provide basic vehicle information when required
Forward pricing, financing, trade-in, and complex questions to the salesperson
Requirements
Good spoken and written English
Able to read, write, and communicate in Punjabi
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Laptop or desktop computer
Stable and reliable internet connection
Comfortable using Facebook, Messenger, and other online platforms
Organized, responsible, and able to follow instructions
Available to work during Canadian daytime business hours
Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required
