Position: Injection Moulding Technician
Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry: Manufacturing / Plastics

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor plastic injection moulding machines to achieve production targets.
Set up machines, moulds, material, temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle parameters.
Perform mould loading, unloading, setting, and changeover activities.
Troubleshoot machine, mould, and process-related problems during production.
Monitor product quality and identify defects such as short moulding, flash, sink marks, burn marks, warpage, and colour variation.
Adjust process parameters to maintain consistent product quality and cycle time.
Carry out machine start-up, shutdown, and routine maintenance activities.
Coordinate with the Quality, Production, Maintenance,



and Tool Room teams for resolving issues.
Maintain production records, rejection reports, machine parameters, and shift documentation.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials, moulds, inserts, and finished components.
Follow safety procedures, 5S, housekeeping, and standard operating procedures.
Support preventive maintenance and report machine/mould abnormalities to the concerned team.
Achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets as per company requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
