Duties & Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance
Responsible for preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of all electrical equipment.
Maintain electrical systems for induction furnaces, moulding machines, shot blasting machines, fettling equipment, compressors, cranes, conveyors, pumps and other foundry machinery.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, MCCs, PCCs, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, contactors and relays.
Attend electrical breakdowns immediately and minimize machine downtime.
Maintain proper records of breakdowns, repairs and corrective actions.
Induction Furnace & Melting Equipment
Monitor and maintain electrical systems associated with induction furnaces and melting equipment.
Ensure proper functioning of furnace control panels, cooling systems, transformers, capacitors and related electrical components.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams during furnace startup, shutdown and breakdown conditions.
Monitor electrical parameters and identify abnormal conditions to prevent equipment failure.
Preventive Maintenance
Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment.
Conduct regular inspection of motors,



panels, cables, transformers, DG sets, compressors and other electrical installations.
Check temperature, current, voltage, insulation resistance and other relevant parameters.
Ensure timely replacement of worn-out electrical components.
Power & Energy Management
Monitor plant power consumption and identify opportunities for energy saving.
Monitor HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, DG sets and power distribution systems.
Maintain proper power factor and monitor capacitor bank performance.
Analyze abnormal power consumption and take corrective action.
PLC / Automation
Troubleshoot PLC, VFD and automation-related electrical issues.
Coordinate with machine suppliers/service engineers for major automation problems.
Support modification and improvement of electrical control systems.
Maintain proper documentation of electrical drawings, PLC panels and control circuits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
