Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fire & Safety Officer responsible for maintaining fire, industrial, and workplace safety at the site and ensuring compliance with statutory and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor Fire & Safety policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments, and safety observations.
Inspect and maintain readiness of fire extinguishers, hydrants, fire alarms, fire pumps, emergency exits, and other fire-fighting systems.
Conduct fire drills, emergency evacuation drills, toolbox talks, and safety training.
Ensure proper PPE usage and protected working practices.
Monitor Hot Work, Work at Height, Confined Space, Electrical Safety, PTW and LOTO activities.
Investigate accidents, fire incidents, near misses, and prepare corrective action reports.
Maintain safety records, permits, inspection reports, training records, and statutory documentation.




Coordinate with project teams, contractors, maintenance teams, and fire/safety authorities.
Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, fire safety requirements, and company EHS standards.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety / EHS.
2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, power, electrical, utility, or project sites.
Good knowledge of Fire Safety, Risk Assessment, Emergency Response, PPE, PTW, LOTO, and Electrical Safety.
Valuable communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
