As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals, and continuously refining the applications to enhance performance and usability. Your role is agile, requiring adaptability to evolving project demands and a focus on delivering effective software solutions that support business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.




Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal system performance.
Document application configurations and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster qualified growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
Ability to configure and customize software solutions to meet diverse business needs.
Experience in integrating applications with various business systems and data sources.
Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and performance optimization for enterprise applications.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
