Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
Drive sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
Generate and manage leads while supporting team members in conversions.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Monitor team performance, provide training, and improve sales productivity.
Coordinate with management on sales strategies, market updates, and reporting.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
Robust communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
Positive knowledge of the local real estate market.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
