Job Description – Civil Site Engineer (Water, Wastewater, STP Industry)

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and execute civil works, quantity assessment, BBS at project sites as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor daily construction activities and ensure work quality, safety, and timely execution.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
Quantity measurements, billing, prepare work progress reports, and maintain site documentation.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
Monitor RCC, masonry, finishing, excavation, and structural works.
Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing teams for integrated project execution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Maintain records of material consumption, work completion, and site activities.
Support project handover and completion documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:




Diploma Civil or I.T.I in Construction/Quantity Surveyor.

Experience:
2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or EPC projects.
Experience in STP/WTP/ETP, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
Knowledge of survey instruments such as auto level, total station etc.
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and BOQs.
Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurement.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.

Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiner preferred.
Candidates with experience in water and wastewater treatment projects will be given preference.
Ability to independently handle site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
