Job Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects from start to completion.
Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor project progress, quality standards, material consumption, and manpower requirements.
Ensure proper execution of RCC, structural, finishing, and other civil construction works.
Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and technical specifications.
Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall site productivity.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
Track project milestones and prepare regular progress reports for management.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of construction materials.
Identify project risks, delays, and cost overruns and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Maintain proper project documentation,



measurements, records, and site reports.
Lead and guide site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other project staff.
Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of civil construction and project management.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet strict deadlines.
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, project planning, and construction documentation.
Robust problem-solving, decision-making, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle contractors, consultants, and multiple site teams effectively.

Qualification & Experience

Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 10+ years in Civil Construction / Real Estate Projects

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
