Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Purchase Manager to manage the company’s procurement activities, vendor relationships, purchase processes. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of purchase procedures, vendor negotiation, inventory management, and commercial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete purchase and procurement process from requirement to delivery.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchase orders.
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and other required materials.
Monitor purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
Follow up on pending orders and resolve issues related to quality, quantity, pricing, and delivery.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, and other departments regarding material requirements.
Maintain proper purchase records, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documents.
Check and compare market prices to ensure cost-effective purchasing.




Assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels and avoiding unnecessary stock accumulation.
Negotiate with suppliers for better prices, payment terms, credit periods, and delivery schedules.
Ensure purchases are made as per company policies and approved requirements.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding supplier invoices and payments.
Prepare regular purchase reports and maintain procurement-related MIS.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA/MBA in Supply Chain/Procurement will be an advantage.
3–7 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Good knowledge of vendor management and purchase processes.
Solid negotiation and communication skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of Tally/ERP software is preferred.
Ability to compare quotations and analyze prices.
Valuable knowledge of purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other commercial document.
Experience in a manufacturing/industrial company will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
