Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AR Caller to join our Medical Billing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling insurance follow-ups, claim status checks, denial management, and payment posting support.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid or denied claims
Review claim status and resolve billing issues promptly
Work on denied, rejected, and underpaid claims
Maintain accurate documentation of calls and claim updates
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution
Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Requirements
3 Months to 1 Year of experience in Medical Billing / AR Calling
Good communication and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of US Healthcare and Insurance processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Immediate joiners preferred
