Identify and develop new business prospects with machine shops, jobbers, and manufacturing units.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular visits and technical support.
Provide in office application support: recommend cutting tools, toolholders, inserts, and cutting parameters for milling, turning, and drilling operations.
Perform trial setups, monitor results, and suggest optimizations to reduce cycle time and tooling costs.
Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate order fulfillment with internal teams.
Record and report market feedback, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to regional growth plans.
Who Should Apply:
Freshers: Diploma in Engineering Technicians (DET) / Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) in Mechanical are welcome.
Candidates with prior experience in the CNC tooling / cutting-tool / tooling solutions industry are preferred.
Strong technical aptitude for machining processes and cutting tool technology is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Mandatory Requirements:
Own bike and valid driving license (field visits required).
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Valuable command of English, Hindi & Punjabi.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary up to ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
Travel allowance (TA) provided by company.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
