Manage day-to-day branch operations.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Lead, guide, and motivate the branch staff.
Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
Maintain branch records and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with the head office regarding branch activities.
Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and business growth.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in branch operations, sales, banking, finance, or customer service is preferred.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Ability to work independently and manage a team.
