We are looking for an experienced Senior Telecaller Executives

Duties & Responsibilities
Making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
Receiving inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries professionally.
Explaining product or service features, pricing, and perks clearly.
Following up with leads and converting them into customers.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM or database.
Resolving customer complaints or escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Office
Preparing daily and weekly reports on leads, conversions, and customer feedback.




Coordinating with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Keeping up to date with recent products, offers, and company policies.
Ability to handle objections and difficult customers professionally.
Target-oriented mindset with positive analytical and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
