Key Responsibilities
Manage CMP assets, materials, contracts, and warehouse inventory.
Monitor fiber network performance and ensure SLA compliance.
Support O&M; of infrastructure and access electronics.
Maintain fiber span details for inter, intra, and access networks.
Coordinate with NOC and O&M;/Core teams for issue resolution.
Ensure timely availability of materials for fiber operations and restoration.
Drive KPI achievement and operational performance.
Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Workplace & Fire policies.
Maintain fiber network quality and ensure quality restoration work.
Required Skills
Optical equipment installation and maintenance.
OFC troubleshooting and fault restoration.
Fiber splicing and testing.
Knowledge of QHSE & Fire policies.
Problem-solving and technical skills.
Robust collaboration and coordination skills.
Qualification
BE/B.Tech – ENTC, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience
5–10 years in Fiber Network Operations, O&M;, OFC Maintenance, or Telecom Infrastructure.
