Position: Billing Engineer
Industry: EPC / Civil Construction
Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and submit RA Bills, Final Bills and Extra Item Bills for EPC construction projects.
Prepare measurements and billing as per CPWD specifications, DSR and contract conditions.
Maintain and update Measurement Books (MB), quantity records and supporting documentation.
Prepare quantity take-offs from approved drawings and BOQ.
Verify executed quantities jointly with site engineers, consultants and client representatives.
Prepare deviation statements, variation quantities and reconciliation statements.
Work on CPWD DSR items, Non-Schedule (NS) items and rate analysis.
Prepare price escalation calculations wherever applicable under contract provisions.
Coordinate with site teams for collection of measurements, approvals and billing documents




Coordinate with client/PMC/CPWD officials for certification and timely release of payments.

Candidate Requirements
Robust experience in EPC/project billing and quantity surveying.
Valuable knowledge of CPWD Works Manual, CPWD Specifications and DSR.
Sound understanding of BOQ, tender conditions, drawings and contracts.
Experience in preparation of RA Bills, rate analysis, deviations and extra items.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Preference: Candidates having prior experience in CPWD, Government, Hospital, Institutional or large EPC construction projects.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
