Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Monitor KPIs and team performance
Coach and mentor the sales team
Handle end-to-end sales including pitch, negotiation & closure
Work closely with Product, Marketing & Operations teams
Requirements:
Graduate – Minimum qualification
4+ years overall experience
2+ years of EdTech Sales experience
2+ years of team handling experience
Robust communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Comfortable working from Gurugram office
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
