ACN Motors is looking for a BE Graduate – Automobile Service Executive to join our growing automotive service team.
This position is suitable for fresh BE graduates who are interested in the automobile industry, customer handling and workshop operations.

Responsibilities
Understand customer vehicle complaints and service requirements.
Communicate customer concerns clearly to the workshop technicians.
Assist in preparing service estimates and job cards.
Coordinate with technicians and monitor vehicle service progress.
Keep customers updated about service status and estimated delivery time.
Explain completed service work and repair details to customers.
Assist with vehicle inspection and service follow-ups.
Maintain proper customer and vehicle service records.
Support the Service Advisor and workshop team in daily operations.
Requirements
BE qualification is mandatory.
Freshers can apply.
Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
Must be confident in driving a car.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Interest in automobiles and vehicle service operations.
Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi communication skills are preferred.
Candidates currently living in Madurai are preferred.
Must be willing to work at Viraganoor or Othakadai, Madurai.
Salary will be based on the candidate's skills, communication ability and relevant experience.

We are looking for motivated BE graduates, including freshers, who are interested in developing their career in the automobile service and customer service industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
