Key Responsibilities
Doctor Outreach: Visit local clinics, laboratories, and private practitioners regularly to pitch hospital services and specialties.
Community Events: Set up local health camps, medical awareness programs, and continuous medical education (CME) sessions.
Relationship Management: Act as the main link between outside doctors and the hospital staff to ensure easy patient transfers.
Data Tracking: Use CRM tools to log doctor visits, monitor referral counts, and report monthly progress to the marketing manager
