The Assistant Manager / Manager - Treasury will play a crucial role in supporting the overall treasury operations of the company. This position involves assisting in managing the organization's cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk, ensuring effective use of financial resources, and maintaining solid banking relationships. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic financial planning and execution, working closely with senior management to optimize treasury functions and comply with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Fund management and planning basis the projections
Co-ordination and liasoning with banks
Maintenance of bank account balances and interface with bank
Covenant tracking and reporting
Regular updates on RBI notifications, Interest rates and circulars
Loan operations and funding
Investment and redemption in mutual funds
MIS on return earned and cost of funds to the company
Analysis of utilization of funds from banks
Co-ordination with rating agencies, compiling required data
Providing bank statements as and when required
Bank Account opening and closing
Signatory updation /addition/deletion as and when required
Filing and handling of documents pertaining to Treasury
Setting up of meetings with bankers
Tracking of charges levied by banks and verifying them with the agreed schedule of charges
Modification and activation of net banking facilities
Preparing Bank Reconciliation on daily basis for Treasury related bank accounts
Day-to-day operational aspects of the treasury department
Daily/Month end MIS for treasury
Compilation of Internal Audit and statutory Audit data pertaining to Treasury desk
