Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organise the digital colour palette library.
Record and manage colour codes, shades, formulas, references, and related artwork.
Ensure colour palettes are properly categorised and easy for the Painting team to access.
Track which colour palette/shade is used for which project or order.
Update the database whenever a current colour or palette is created.
Maintain historical records of previously used colours and palettes.
Coordinate with the Painting, Design and Production teams for colour references.
Ensure correct naming and standardisation of colour palettes.
Use Excel/database/software tools to maintain and retrieve colour information.
Maintain digital images, colour references and supporting documentation.




Assist the Painting team in quickly identifying previously used colours for repeat orders.

Ideal Candidate
Graduate or diploma holder, preferably with experience in Painting, Colour Management, Design, Production or Digital Library Management.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and digital data management.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Comfortable working with large databases and maintaining accurate records.
Valuable communication skills in English.
Experience with colour palettes, paint shades, colour matching or painting production would be an advantage.
