Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP works at project sites.
Execute Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Review MEP drawings and coordinate with Civil, Structural, Architectural, and other teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
Inspect the quality of MEP installations and ensure compliance with project standards.
Identify and resolve technical issues and site-level MEP clashes.
Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
Verify measurements, material requirements, and contractor bills.
Ensure proper documentation, including inspection reports, testing reports, and as-built drawings.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable codes.
Attend to maintenance-related MEP issues and provide timely technical solutions.
MS Office and AutoCAD
Experience
8–10 years of relevant experience in MEP works, preferably in large-scale building projects.
