Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Event & Party Caterer to plan, organize, and execute catering services for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, social gatherings, festivals, and private functions. The candidate will ensure high-quality food, excellent service, timely execution, and complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage catering services for weddings, parties, corporate events, and private functions.
Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, menu preferences, guest count, budget, and special dietary needs.
Prepare customized menus and catering packages.
Supervise food preparation, cooking, packing, transportation, and in office service.
Manage chefs, cooks, helpers, stewards, and service staff during events.
Ensure timely setup of buffet counters, live food stations, dining areas, and serving arrangements.
Maintain food quality, presentation, temperature, and hygiene standards.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI food safety and sanitation regulations.
Coordinate with vendors for equipment, crockery, cutlery, furniture, tents, and decorations as required.
Monitor inventory and control food wastage.




Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly during events.
Prepare event reports, billing, and cost analysis after completion.

Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Catering Technology, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
Food Safety/FSSAI certification is preferred.

Experience
3–8 years of experience in event, wedding, banquet, or outdoor catering.
Experience in handling events ranging from 50 to 5,000 guests.
