Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
Provide information about products and services.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams.
Maintain customer records and update data in MS Excel.
Schedule appointments and follow up on customer requests.
Ensure prompt and skilled communication.
Requirements
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in customer service, front office, telecalling, or customer support are preferred.
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
