Position Description The .NET Developer is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-grade web applications and workflow automation solutions. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies (.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, Web API) combined with database design and front-end development capabilities. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performing, scalable software solutions, implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, and integrate low-code/workflow tools such as AgilePoint NX.

Experience in modern web frameworks (Angular, JavaScript/jQuery), UI/UX principles, and cloud-native practices is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

- Application Design & Development: Architect, code, test, and maintain robust web and client-server applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, and Web API.
- Database Management: Write, optimize, and debug SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and data structures in SQL Server using Entity Framework or ADO.NET.
- Cloud & DevOps Integration: Support application deployment and pipeline management using Azure Cloud Services and Azure DevOps (CI/CD, Git, Jira).
- Code Quality & Maintenance: Conduct thorough code reviews, debug complex issues, resolve defect tickets, and adhere to industry best practices and security standards.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, document technical specifications,



and collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver software sprints on schedule.
- Innovation & Emerging Tech: Explore and incorporate modern capabilities (e.g., Generative AI tools, Copilot, or cloud microservices) to enhance development productivity and application functionality.

Must-Have Skills
- Core .NET Stack: 4+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and LINQ.
- Up-to-date Web Frameworks: Proficiency in Blazor or modern front-end technologies such as Angular, React & TypeScript
- Database Engineering: Strong knowledge of SQL Server (SSMS), complex queries, stored procedures, and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework / ADO.NET).
- DevOps & Version Control: Practical working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and project tracking tools like Jira.
- Software Architecture & UI/UX: Solid understanding of MVC patterns, RESTful API design, object-oriented programming (OOP), and clean, responsive UI/UX principles.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Workflow & Process Automation: Demonstrated experience with workflow application development or low-code automation tools (e.g., AgilePoint NX, Appian, or custom workflow engines).
- Cloud & Enterprise Scaling: Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud services (Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Blob Storage) and familiarity with Azure Enterprise Scale / Azure Enterprise Scaling architecture practices.
- Frontend Development: Create responsive, user-friendly UI/UX interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular or Blazor frameworks.
- AI Tool Integration: Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Azure Developer Associate, or relevant DevOps/Agile certifications.
